Wilderness Safety Education
Public Education is a critical part of our mission and LCSAR’s Preventive Search and Rescue (PSAR) program is dedicated to providing wilderness safety education programs to the public.
Presentations can be geared for a variety of ages and are generally one to two hours in length. There is no charge for presentations.

If you are interested in having Larimer County Search and Rescue give a presentation to your organization or participate in your event, please complete the Public Education/Outreach Form below.
All of our members are volunteers, so please contact us at least a month in advance to make sure an instructor is available. Evenings and weekends are the best times to schedule presentations.
